U HATYAI HOTEL, Hat Yai – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was overall great. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, equipped with everything you need in a higher-rated hotel. Despite high occupancy, the rooms were well-maintained, and the toilet was modern and clean. The service was exceptional, with very polite and positive staff who even organized our transfer to Ko Lipe at a good price. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and shopping options within walking distance, although a bit far from the city center. The dining options were good enough, and the facilities provided were satisfactory.

My stay at the U Hatyai Hotel was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean, just like in the photos, and the WiFi worked well. The staff, although having limited English knowledge, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, surrounded by many shops, but slightly off the main street, making transportation a bit challenging at times. The dining experience was decent, with a variety of options but slightly below standard. Overall, a good value for money hotel with some minor drawbacks.
